Theoretical management learning often fails to provide Christian Religious Education (CRE) students with contextual experience in understanding the dynamics of real school leadership. This community service activity aims to strengthen students' managerial and leadership competencies through school mentoring based on School-Based Quality Improvement Management (MPMBS) at SMP Negeri 5 Sentani. The method used is a participatory-reflective approach based on experiential learning, which includes stages of environmental observation, interactive managerial dialogue, and the preparation of evaluative reports. The results of the activity showed a significant transformation in the students' way of thinking, from a normative understanding to a critical evaluative ability in identifying management functions and analyzing the integration of the value of "faith" as the foundation of organizational culture. Students successfully synthesized the theoretical framework of MPMBS with the reality of leadership in pluralistic public schools. This activity proves that the dialogical synergy between universities and partner schools is effective in bridging the gap between theory and practice. In conclusion, this mentoring model is a strategic instrument for shaping professional, integrity-driven future education leaders who are capable of managing school quality sustainably.
